Awful. We used Richard Deitte for auto and renters insurance. Started smooth at first, and set up automatic payments. Then we kept getting notices threatening to cancel the insurance because "we hadn't paid"...this is because they kept forgetting to actually charge us! Very annoying. Finally we resolved it, then started getting notices threatening to cancel the renters insurance for the same reason. We gave them all our payment information, but whoever actually sets up payments failed again and again. This agency is more trouble than it's worth.
