Was referred to Steve Nodiff by a few of my family members that have bought cars from him in the past. Probably the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Fast, no pressure experience. Very happy with the deal I got.
Naturally I felt pressured to go with all the different warranties and all that good stuff when it came to finalizing my payments and coverage (as expected, anyone should anticipate this) but I was a little off put when I had communicated that I had reasons for my choice in financing (which I know would save me thousands over their recommended option) and the financial assistant sort of acted like I was making a foolish choice and perhaps acted a little arrogant about the situation. Really not a problem, and I understand why they push the things so hard, but to act like he was visibly upset about my choice was a little odd.
Despite any of my notes above, I would recommend the dealership while looking for a new Ford vehicle. Trading in my Subaru was very hard because I loved the Subaru community and strongly value my connections and relationships with my dealer (my Subaru dealer and service was beyond exceptional) so I look forward to hopefully building the same relationship with Bommarito Ford.
Our salesman was in on a day that he normally does not work. He had paperwork to complete so he had come in to catch up. We had been given his name from our son-in-law, so naturally we asked for him. Even though he was there on his day off to do something other that sell cars, he was happy to help us and did. We told him what we were looking for and he took us directly to vehicles that fit our descriptions. He was quite helpful, encouraged and answered all of our questions. We did not feel at all pressured. We left that afternoon in our new vehicle very satisfied!!
I would give a 4.5/5 if I could. My salesman was Steve Nodiff. For an individual score of Steve I would give him 5/5 stars. Financing department is where the 4.5/5 total score comes from. Overall it took me three trips to purchase my truck. The first trip was more informational than anything, the second I could not agree on a price, and the third was obviously the day we settled the deal. It was hard to get to Steve because he was busy with other customers the first two days so I commend him for trying to help me amidst the chaos! Overall I received great service from the staff, and even had some help from the service department on my Box Link install.
I found Bommarito Ford through CarGurus. Les. was the salesman that replied to my email. Les returned all my emails and calls quickly and did an excellent job in describing the truck and even took a few videos and sent them to me. He understood that since I was coming from New England I needed an honest view of the truck I was interested in. Les and everyone at Bommarito Ford made the whole buying process quick and as painless as possible. They even had very good coffee. I couldn't recommend Les and Bommarito more. I would definitely buy from them again.
This was our first purchase from Bommarito Ford, and I can definitely say it won't be our last. Terry really took care of us. He found the exact car I wanted in Illinois and brought it over. He didn't pressure me, either, which I really appreciated. The financing was quick and painless. Definitely recommend!
