This is my second purchase from Bommarito Nissan. Tyler Coleman was outstanding throughout the buying process. He was totality prepared for my appointment, as requested he had both vehicles I wanted to see parked side by side (near the showroom). Within a matter of minutes I was on the road for a test drive. Upon my return, price and trade-in value negotiations fell short of my expectations and I decided to leave buying for another day. During the next week I continued to shop, kept in touch with Tyler. Tyler was always prompt answering my emails, including just friendly chit chat. Bottom line is that Tyler never hesitated to answer my questions, never used any pressure tactics or sales gimmicks. He worked very hard and was doing his best to ensure my satisfaction with Bommarito, even if I did not purchase a vehicle from them. At delivery he made sure the car was well detailed, and went over all the operational features with me. After the sale he continued to answer all of my questions promptly. I highly recommend Tyler to anyone wanting to purchase a Nissan.

I receive excellent service from the time I drove up to the time I drove off. Salesperson Jessica was very nice patient and very knowledgeable of the product she made the buying very easy. She explained everything to me and told me I can call her anytime I need it. The finance department Rob is very polite and patient. He explained everything to me, he didn't rush me or pressure me. I really appreciate the service I received. Jessica even took me to the service department and introduce me to Andrew. I was so relaxed when I purchased my car and I love it. If you don't know Paul Pittman, then get to know him. After your deal with him, he'll be the only car salesman that you need to know. The very first time you meet him, he is personable right off the back and gets to know you without trying to sale you a car. THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART of establishing a relationship. He gave me car test drive with no pressure and encouraged me to try other vehicles. Regardless of the vehicle I wanted, I was going to purchase it from him because he cared enough to listen to my situation, present me with all of my options and give me a great deal. My experience with him has shattered all previous car buying experiences. Go with Paul! You won't be disappointed.
